Roots Developers started with Mining & Stone Crushers, marking the beginning of our journey in the infrastructure sector. This was the first step toward building a legacy of excellence.
Recognizing the importance of strong infrastructure, we ventured into road construction in 1991. Since then, we have successfully constructed over 400 km of roads.
In 1995, we expanded our portfolio by entering the Fuel Station business, further diversifying our operations.
With the establishment of our ready-mix concrete plant in 2002, we marked a significant step in the construction industry, supplying over 24,00,000 cubic meters of concrete.
In 2010, we launched Roots Courtyard 1, a premium residential project that set new benchmarks in design, functionality, and luxury living.
Recognizing the growing demand for warehousing solutions, we ventured into the warehousing business in 2015, delivering state-of-the-art facilities.
In 2021, we expanded our horizons by entering the education sector, reflecting our commitment to building a better future for the next generation.
